Good product and it’s best in capsule form even if you need to take 10/day. I take them to supplement my leucine needs along with the Essential Amino Acids in capsule form.

I have started on a few supplements aimed to help build muscle & stop losing it. I bought another Brand, then found this for a better price from Bulk Supplements whom I have bought other things from before. After a month on Leucine I have lost a few pounds and built a bit of muscle by my improvement in exercises. Gonna keep going.

This amino acid is amazing. If taken daily it will restore your muscle mass. I am 84 and sit far too much. I take 4 or 5 capsules a day religiously because at my age muscle matters.

So far so good I found out that they work better if you drink them 30 min before training and again 30 min after training

Easy to add the right amount with protein.

Not very happy with the product you have to take so many pills really don't see any difference with it so I don't know if the purity is correct

Thought this was a great deal until I received them and saw that you're supposed to take 10 every day
