SUPER HAPPY! AMAZING PRODUCT!
I have very bad knees. I need to have both my knees replaced with new ones eventually. So my knees can be quite painful on and off. Sometimes I can't even straighten out the knee all day long sometimes a couple of days in a row. The past 5 days i could not straighten out my right knee. It hurts so bad to even try so it was at a constant bent for 5 days. And I have to walk a dog three times a day so that was very difficult to do. Limping the whole walk. Not only that after a full day of walking like that the muscles on my upper thigh and calf hurt so bad because all of my weight was on that and not my knee that it made it even unbearable to walk yet I still had to. I can't tell you how painful it was. I bought this Bio recover red light/ infrared light therapy brace four days ago. I've been using it twice a day morning and evening for 15 minutes at a time. It already had settings that I did not change once I turned it on and used those settings. I used both red and infrared light plus vibration each time. On the 4th day when I woke up i was able to straighten my knee out and it did not hurt. I just finished a walk and I felt no pain. Because I was able to straighten it out the muscle on the top part of my leg and calf felt so much better cuz I wasn't straining them. So this definitely works and it only took 3 days. I will be using this every single day twice a day from now on. I hope that it will reduce the inflammation and hopefully that will slow down they degeneration process of my knees. Keep your fingers crossed. I'm very happy with this product. The brand is also a amazing brand and you know you're getting a quality product. 👍👍☺️

Provides red light only: Not a brace or massager
First off, this is NOT a brace. If you need a brace, this is not for you. Secondly, this is NOT a knee massager. If you want that functionality, look elsewhere. What this does it provide red light therapy to your knee or shoulder. It provides variable intensity of red light and you can set the duration of the treatment in specified intervals. The controls are easy to use and the rechargeable power pack can provide several sessions before needing to be recharged. The heating function is minimal at best. With the provided strap, you can easily use it on the shoulder. The size is perfect for me and I have been pleased with the results. So far, the quality appears good and by registering on the company's website, you can receive a lifetime warranty. Disappointed with the deceptive headline, which is addressed in the description but easy to overlook.

Have been using this for over 3 months now
Edit: it stopped working two days after I wrote this review. I'd been using it 1-2 times per day since I got it. I've been using this red light sleeve on both of my knees since December. I injured my left knee in August and my right in October, and I was trying anything I could to help them heal. I noticed that heat seemed to help my knees more than ice and that was what led to me try this. I had read that this sleeve warms up (and it does quite a bit, you can mildly burn yourself FYI) and that plus I read a few teeny tiny red light studies that seemed promising. About the time I started using this in December I started to improve more rapidly. I'm not sure if I would have improved all the same, but the sleeve does provide soothing heat so if I'm sore the sleeve soothes the aches. I was using it on level 2 or 3 for 10-15 minutes per day on both knees. Now that I'm like 90-95% back to where I was, I'm using it a few times a week or if I'm especially sore. I have also been following all my doctors' orders, doing my PT exercises religiously, slowly increasing activity level, gotten acupuncture, and taken recommended supplements. So it could be coincidence, could be the heat, could be that I was going to heal on my own based on usual knee injury healing times. IDK, but I do like the red light sleeve and I'm still using it because it feels good.

Feels good!
Out of the box the item was easy to use. A couple different plug types too, which made it nice. I found the fit to be almost perfect over my knee. Easy to adjust and comfortable. Once I turned it on, the red light felt soothing. It got slightly warm but in a good way. I was able to relax and forget about it being on. It automatically turned off when the session was over, which makes it nice if you are on your phone or computer during treatment. You don’t have to keep track of time. My knee felt really good after. I switched sides and did the other. Again, easy to apply and felt really good. The vibration is a nice added feature. I look forward to using this again and again. Came back to add that I injured my shoulder recently and this has really helped! The heat, red light and vibration feel so good and have sped up the healing process, I’m sure of it!

Gave me relief
What isn’t this good for? I purchased to help with jumpers knee from playing volleyball. At fifty and 5’6 I’ve always had to jump higher than everyone else not that I get higher. At fifty my knees are constantly sore and I generally can’t ride in a car for more than 15 minutes without excruciating pain. I was traveling for thanksgiving and stumbled on red light therapy. I bought one for each knee and set out for a five hour drive after playing vball two days prior. I had them on and started the thirty minute treatment as I was already starting to feel the discomfort. I had these on for the first two hours consistent and I had discomfort but not real pain. For the rest of the day I used them as I felt discomfort. The following day returning home I didn’t need to use but one or two times after the two hour mark. My knees were feeling ok and no pain relievers either. By Sunday and Monday I felt the strength in my knees returning. Friday I played and finished without feeling pain. I had some discomfort but after a thirty minute session the discomfort was gone. I’ll keep using them for an extended time as ive had jumpers knee recurring off and on for 12-14 years.
