I tried many products but this is the only one that works effortlessly. Soaked for 10 minutes and use brushed cleaner to clean the toilet bowl. However, use cautiously and open the windows of your bathroom. Highly recommend this product if you want a spotless toilet with minimal effort!

It looks like plain water but don't dip your fingers in it. I have been struggling with kettle descaling for years but this is by far the best product. It descales my kettle sparkingly. Then I tried the shower head with similar effect, I think. I tried to descale the toilet bowl, it seems to do an equal job. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I used this to clean the bottom / u-bend of two toilets that had been badly neglected - one was in a garage and I don't think had ever been cleaned in 50 years. It took one dose of this to completely clean away the staining from the bottom of the indoor toilet where, although the loo had been cleaned regularly it wasn't with a limescale remover. One dose of this also cleaned 95% of the staining (which was right up to the waterline) in the outdoor loo, and a second dose cleared it completely.Amazing stuff!

I've always used smaller bottles before which usefully had marking on the outside of the bottle so you could use a known volume. The large bottles don't have this :-(

We live in a VERY hard water area, this does a thorough job of descaling kettles etc. Yes, it smells (vinegary) but that's inevitable, it's formic acid.

Ready for use according to the instructions, no problem.
