Perfect for my Lego obsessed 11 year old. This is a 3 in 1 set but each set still has different build options. Every page of the instructions was a fun surprise to discover what was being built and the attention to detail for all the little interactive pieces was top notch. Very versatile and valuable for the cost and what you’re getting. My son can finish a build pretty quickly which is like burning through money but this set was worth it given how much he gets out of it. He’s only built one version so far and for how much time and fun he’s already had, he’s stoked to do that again TWO more times. And because of the different options he can rebuild one configuration completely different. And the small details on the inside change with each configuration too! What was a couch in one option turned into a computer desk in another. Highly recommend and would buy again

This was a fun build for my 6year old. He wanted to do a house because his Lego minifigures needed a home LOL. He finished it fairly quickly and now his mini family aren’t homeless anymore (his words). Overall, I’d say it’s age appropriate and has a lot of details inside and outside. He loves it.

My daughter loves building these lego sets. She prefers building structures to vehicles or figures. She finds building it easy and doesn't need help at 9-10 years old.

6 year old granddaughter love it. Colors are so cute. Helps build creativity.

Great set and low price. Would expect a set like this to cost $10-$15 more. I’ve taken it apart and built all 3 variations, and it’s really fun.

Lego products are always great quality & simple to put together following the instructions. I really like that this one can be transformed into 3 different houses the design is quite nice. It came with a few extra pieces as legos tend to do in case you loose any of the tiny pieces. i really enjoy their 3 in 1 sets! you don’t use all the pieces for every house.

My 9 yr old looooved it BUT one of the bags was totally open and spilled everywhere when we opened the box. Beware!

This was a very pretty set up . It opens up and look very nice. It took about 2 hrs. for my grandson to put it together.

Como sempre, Lego com níveis de detalhe incrível. Peças de qualidade e ótimo acabamento. Apesar de ser indicado para 8+ anos, montei para minha filha de 3.5 (com supervisão pois as peças são bem pequenas) e ela ama brincar com a casinha. Ela possui 4 cômodos e vários móveis/acessórios (além de ser possível montar 3 casas diferentes). Ótimo brinquedo para estimular a imaginação e criatividade das crianças.
