Vaccum cleaner is working fine i am happy with the product but due to inalsa negligence screw were not provided in the packaging to tighten the handle so i registered complaint.Executive visited home to provide that 2 screws for vaccum cleaner handle otherwise everything is fine with vaccum Thats why giving one star less out of 5.

Purchased this MicroWD12 before Diwali 2024 to help with the pre-diwali house cleaning. Amazon as usual delivered it the next day. This is my review after using it for diwali cleaning. Pros - 1. Very good suction force. Except when the cloth filter gets clogged then the suction power reduces. But this is as per design so no complaints on that. 2. Power chord length and flexible hose pipe length are more than adequate to reach all around the room without the need to shift the equipment during cleaning. 3. 12 litre tank capacity is ideal for my house, meets my requirement. 4. Blower is pretty good. 5. Used it for more than 30 mins at a stretch and it heated up normally. No overheating observed. 6. Device does not produce much noise either during operation. I felt the noise was normally what other vacuum cleaners would produce. 7. Very convenient on/off switch. Liked it very much. Cons - 1. Attachments provided are inadequate. Only 3 attachments provided and they don't suit to all your cleaning needs. Maybe the company can provide a mattress cleaner attachment in future products. 2. Would have been great if there was a cloth dust bag to collect the dust for easy disposal. The bag provided filters and keeps the dust inside the compartment. 3. Customer service can be improved. No one came for the demo, but however the CS rep arranged for a video demo tutorial. Guess the 3rd party service providers are not that great. 4. Waiting to see how much electricity consumption is being attributed towards usage. Overall, Great product for household use. Cant comment on commercial use. If you are planning to buy for household cleaning then my recommendation is to go for it. You will not be disappointed.

It is a lightweight machine and simple to handle.It is easily mobilized within the house.It is not noisy and the reuseale bag is easily cleanable.

I am extremely disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. I purchased it from Amazon, expecting a decent-quality product, but it turned out to be extremely poor and unreliable. The vacuum cleaner stopped working after only two uses. I used it just twice within a month, approximately 15 days apart, and after the second use, it completely stopped working. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be a proper household appliance. What is even more frustrating is that I am not getting any proper option for a replacement, return, warranty support, or even a clear solution. There seems to be no proper access to resolve this issue, despite the product failing within a month of purchase. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a complete waste of money. How can such poor-quality products be sold on Amazon? Amazon should take responsibility for allowing sellers to sell products that fail after just two uses. I strongly request Amazon to look into this seller and this product immediately and provide me with a proper solution — preferably a replacement or refund. To other customers: Please be very careful before purchasing products from this seller. I personally had a terrible experience, and I would not recommend buying this vacuum cleaner. Amazon, please take this complaint seriously and help resolve this matter

I bought the "Inalsa Vacuum Cleaner Wet and Dry Micro WD10 with 3in1 Multifunction Wet/Dry/Blowing| 14KPA Suction and Impact Resistant Polymer Tank,(Yellow/Black)" floor standing Vacuum Cleaner in June 2021. Pros: - Low cost compared to other brands such as Eureka Forbes etc - Floor standing model with castors (easy to move around) - big dust collecting basket (the main body) - good set of accessories Cons: - operating noise - suction power (surprisingly very week - only 14 kpa) - very poor quality of dry vacuuming bag - gets clogged and tears easily after a couple of uses - not effective in doing a good job of vacuuming sofas, bed mattresses and carpets, however it can do a decent job of vacuuming your car floor mats) - Big let down in terms of performance. - no ability to increase suction power using the motor power If you want to vacuum items such as Carpets, Bed Mattresses, Upholstered sofas, wet vacuum your car seats after shampooing them with 3M upholstery shampoo etc, go for the Eureka Forbes model "Forbes Select WD X2 wet and dry Vacuum Cleaner" that will cost you a cool 15,000 Rs. but is worth every rupee spent on it, since it will do any job you can think of. I use it to vacuum my car after shampooing the upholstery, I use it to vacuum my carpets (dry and wet), I use it to get rid of rain water and dirt in my balconies. It has a maxium of 23 Kpa's (more than enough suction power you need for home use) and also has a washable cloth bag (very rugged), and a variable suction power option, to do delicate as well as high suction jobs. I got the Eureka Forbes guys to give me a demo before I bought it and satisfied myself after having been disappointed with the Inalsa machine. Don't go by ratings, Go by demo, and see for yourself when buying any product.

Product is good for cleaning with good suction power and noise level. It has active customer care for any repair issues

Very good vacuum cleaner in budget. Have been using it for more than a year without any issues
