This is the best sugar replacement I have found for diabetics -- 0 calories, 0 sugars, 0 carbs. No bitter aftertaste. It's nonglycemic, so I have not noticed an impact to Hubby's A1C. We have used this for years -- in coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal -- in anything you would add sugar to except baking. I am not diabetic, and I use it. When we travel, I place packets in a sandwich zip lock bag and carry these with us. These can be difficult to find in the grocery store at times, so I placed these on Amazon subscription to ensure I do not run out. I purchase the organic or nonorganic replacement packets.

This is the best stevia sweetener on the market. You may have heard about a recent research study linking xylitol to increased heart conditions. While the study had some flaws, avoiding xylitol in your sweetener might be something you want to do, until you know more. This product contains only stevia leaf extract, silica (heart health) and inulin (prebiotic), and does not trigger an insulin response (which most sweeteners do). It’s Keto friendly with 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 calories.

I have found that I really prefer the SweetLeaf powder over the liquid drops. Yes, there is fiber in this so it is not "pure" (i.e. not as sweet by quantity vs pure stevia extract) but for me that is not an issue. I use it on my fruit, in my coffee, mixed in my La Croix water, etc. and have not noticed a horrible aftertaste at all. I was definitely a sugar junkie (diabeetus anyone?) before I started the HCG diet, and now that it is wrapping up I think I will actually stay with the Stevia. I thought real sugar would be the hardest thing to give up (and it was! the withdrawal from sugar was awful) but now I don't even notice that I'm not using "real" sugar anymore!
