My all-time favorite hydration powder. I use it daily. I love the taste. If you add more, it’s sweeter or if you add less if you don’t like it very sweet so you can choose your sweetness. I’ve liked almost every flavor I’ve tried, but the fruit punch is my favorite.

A sugar-free hydration powder that is delicious! Reminds me a bit of the tropical punch Kool-aid flavor I drank as a kid. Dissolves easily, quality is great, and seems to hit the mark for hydration. I will be buying more!

This stuff is amazing. I got it because I was drinking Gamersupps and that was too expensive. And while really tasty and satisfying it caused gastrointestinal issues. I got this and its wonderful. It tastes like a Gatorade type drink though not quite a fruit punch. If anything I'd classify it as a 'tropical punch.'. I have a 1l water bottle and I use just one scoop of this in the morning. What I like about it is it has a bit of vitamin C which increases the uptake of all the other vitamins in my multivitamin. Its good and relative to the drinks advertised by influencers considerably cheaper.

I picked up the Aloha Punch flavour and was honestly floored by how amazing it tastes. It's almost spot-on to Hawaiian Punch: fruity, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It mixes extremely well with cold water, doesn't clump, and the flavour stays consistent even when i dilute it more on lighter workout days. Performance-wise, it does exactly what it should. I use it during workouts and after long cardio sessions, and it keeps me hydrated without any heavy or artificial aftertaste. The added electrolytes make a noticeable difference when i'm sweating more, and i feel way better during longer training sessions. If you want a hydration mix that actually tastes great and delivers, this one checks every box. My order is set for repeat.

This mix is one of my favourites and I can't recommend it enough. Especially when on sale, this is worth every dollar. It mixes into water with no difficulty and I have never had clumping issues. I got the aloha punch flavour and its unbelievable how this is sugar-free! It might not be your favourite if you're not into sweet drinks, but if you are, this is the way to go.
