Weirdly this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I buy everything on Amazon - TVs, furniture, electronics - nope none of those things have been as great a buy as this spoonula! I bought it primarily to use on our ceramic non-stick pans (ie. for stir fries, scrambled eggs, pan fry meats), & it works great for that; it’s stiff enough to easily push the food around like a solid turner. The shape is awesome, the straight bottom edge is really fantastic as it lets you scrape every last bit of food. As mentioned it’s quite stiff, which I wanted, but it’s silicone and the bottom edge is slightly flexible so it doesn’t scratch my delicate pans at all. It’s also large enough to use as a serving spoon, so no need to dirty 2 separate utensils. I’ve also used the tablespoon measuring lines (for soy sauce) so that’s another utensil that doesn’t need to get dirty. Overall the unique shape, stiffness, measuring lines and material make this a genius multifunctional cooking tool. If you’re on the fence go for it! The best $20 bucks I’ve spent on this site :)

Just what I wanted! Great light weight large utility spoons. Wonderful when making soups, meat sauce, or gravy. The spoons deep bowl is a ladle when dipping out sauces too. Also doesn’t melt when touching the edge of a pot or pan. It’s a good value too.

Honestly, not loving this. There's a learning curve. It is excellent for my Teflon (or whatever it's called now) cookware. The build quality is fine. However, it's not that easy to actually stir with it because it acts more like a spatula. Which has its own benefits but for plain stirring, not great. The flat edge did make getting all the pot edges and pot bottom really easy. The handle wasn't most comfortable to hold but I still much prefer it to other options as it is a single unit that won't fall apart. The one thing that really caught me off guard is that when you smack it on the side of your pan to knock excess food off.....it has a spring to it which flicks some food outside the pan.......so, yeah - can't do that anymore. For me, this will just be used with Teflon drying pans but it won't be my daily go to. For the price (and knowing not to smack it on the side of my pans) not unhappy at this price ($10 per spoon). I wouldn't choose this over wood or bamboo in the future (which I had wanted to avoid) due to the food flinging. I will get used to the shape and feel.
