I tried this supplement for the firt time a couple of weeks ago and have continued using it. It works really well. I have anxiety and much trouble falling and staying asleep, and the only thing that had worked before (but then didn't work anymore) were CBD gummies. These drops are sweet and have a mild flavor. I do not dilute them, just put them directly on my tongue. They don't have an aftertaste and I swallow them very easily. I take them 2 or 3 times a day, but they don't make me sleepy dutring the day, which is a plus. I feel more relaxed and happy since I am taking them. 100% recommend.

I wanted to give this product a few weeks before providing an honest review, but honestly I could have done so after the first two days! Where do I start? When it comes to taste - it's delicious! The liquid is not bitter or thick and it smells great 😃 Even better is that I felt the effects within minutes of ingesting! A wonderful sense of calm that lasts for hours without ever making me feel drowsy or sleepy. I keep it in my purse at all times, and will be subscribing so that I always have a bottle handy. Price and quality cannot be beat, and by far a better value than various pills/capsules I've tried from other brands. Easily 5 Stars!

This works great for helping me sleep. It takes several nights to work really well but it's well worth the wait. Natural and no side effects.

My biggest concern when purchasing this product was that the taste my be unpleasant, but I was happily surprised that it tastes good. Not everyone may find that it tastes *good* but I'm confident most will at least find it palatable enough to take straight without having to bother with dilution. I never needed to take more than one dropper before bed (although the dropper never seems to fill all the way, only most of the way, my only real criticism and one that doesn't seem to matter) to enjoy the helpful effects. If I had to say whether it helps you more-so to *fall* asleep or to *stay* asleep, I would lean towards stay although I think it helps both. With the addition of this supplement to my other sleep aids I have been able to quit taking benadryl nightly, and am on only natural supplements to combat insomnia.
