AICNLY Hand Roller Massager for Cellulite Massage, Deep Tissue Massage Ball for Back, Neck, Foot, Shoulder, Thighs Pain Relief, Massage Gloves for Hands with 7 360-degree Metal Roller

The small handheld roller offers a smooth, uniform surface that can be used with varying degrees of pressure to provide relief. I use it to help alleviate carpal tunnel symptoms by stretching my arm nerves, and my husband has found it helpful for hamstring relief. Despite its simplicity, this lightweight device is easy to use and provides targeted relief without the need for cumbersome or expensive machines, and it's battery-free.

Good quality, not a pain reliever, perfect for feet massage, for me it's too stiff on arms and legs

I use these as an ideal tool for lymph path massage. Couldn't be any better, or easier to use.

Very poor quality. Doesn't work at all

It is rather on the unsolid side and too small.
