This is our go to for cutting a lot of veggies. It slices really nice and you can adjust the thickness you want. Works great on cheese if the cheese is cold. Need to grate cheese. About 10 seconds to fill the bowl up. Need carrots. No problem.Tired of paying for dip. Take some cottage cheese, put into bowl along with milk and cream cheese or yogurt, blend and put into flavoring. Healthy dip. No sulfites, nitrates, etc. Only problem in a household of 6 it goes very quickly. Dip veggies into it, potato chips, etc.I also like the smaller bowl. Use it for guacamole and salsa.We use it also to make salads. Cut it all the veggies by themselves, and store them by themselves. Then people just take the amount of lettuce they want, the veggies they want, and it is no muss no fuss.Cleanup is super simple. Dishwasher.Just be careful, blades are super sharp. Can rip everything to shreds, Need chopped ice, no problem.Our pico de gallo is heaven. Just put in onions, tomatos, garlic, lemon juice and cilantro. I cut things into quarters. Hit the chop button once or twice. You hae just saved yourself about 60% of what it costs in the store, and pay about 1/3 or less for the restaurant price. And it is how you want it. Add some jalepenos for spice.I have a lot of the ninja stuff, but use this food prep a lot. Even can make smoothies with it no problem
