This really works. I frequently wake up at 3:00 am and have difficulty getting back to sleep. This really helps and doesn't make me feel groggy the next morning. But it does give you crazy dreams, as others have mentioned. Still, it's a great alternative to prescription meds.

It acts the opposite of how too much caffeine might affect a person. It is great for helping someone to drift gently to sleep. It helps calm someone that is just too excited or fearful. It helps if a person is over sensitive to noise. It helps with nerve and tooh pain. This remedy can also help females with pain during their periods. So very valuable to have on hand. Got this for an aid with Mental Hyperactivity - I have anxiety and overthink a LOT. This has greatly helped quiet the hamster wheel of thoughts for me without making my drowsy. I keep a tube in my purse, at my desk and by the bed. It helps me manage my anxiety when my brain just won't shut up. Really like the Boiron products.

When I think I sleep aids I’ve always thought of taking what ever product it may be and being overwhelmed with that feeling of exhaustion. I kind of expected the same here but was glad that wasn’t the case. So much so I could take a dose of this and if there were some sort of emergency where I needed to drive I could and I could do that safely. Added bonus. Zquil had been my go to for a while but the more I’ve taken it, the next morning and most of that day I’m left groggy and miserable. With Coffea it literally just quiets your mind, which is perfect for me. Racing thoughts would keep me up for hours, but that’s no longer the case. I take these almost nightly and wake up before my alarm clock even goes off! That’s never been a characteristic for me, I wake up well rested and in complete mental clarity. I take four instead of the recommended five about an hour before I’m ready to call it a night. I get comfortable and before I know it I’m sound asleep.
