First of all, let me just say I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, as most people are. However, despite my scepticism, I have been utterly impressed by the phone. The phone appears to be brand new with absolutely no signs of it being secondhand the phone looks absolutely pristine with 0 blemishes. The only issue I had with the phone was with the s pen. The S Pen that arrived with the phone appeared to have a faulty battery, so it did not connect via Bluetooth. The pen was still functional but I got in contact with the seller and they replaced it for free and now all this sorted. Overall, I think this purchase was extremely worthwhile. I presume the battery has been replaced on this model as the battery is performing exceptionally well, lasting at least more than a whole day. If you are having doubts with buying a refurbished phone I suggest that you have faith in the seller. They have without a doubt impressed me! Do make sure to buy yourself a decent charger though. The phone came with an unofficial plug and cable, which doesn't provide the fast charging the originals would have.

Bought this for my other half and he is really pleased with the phone. We've stopped buying new phones now as refurbished ones just do the trick. Battery life won 't be as good as if it was new, but otherwise phone is great. Did come with non-original charger etc., but everything works, so that's all you can ask for really and phone is in immaculate condition, no scratches etc.

Very disappointed, this arrived today and it was faulty. The screen has very clearly been replaced and as soon as I switched it on, it had a grey/grainy background (the best way I can explain it). I then also noticed issues with the screen in general whilst trying to set up the on-screen fingerprint recognition and it wouldn't register all of my touches. Then after setting up, apps would randomly keep opening themselves and the app tray would flicker between the two screens without being touched. This is far from the excellent condition it stated it should have been and now I've got the hassle of returning and waiting for a refund. I've learnt my lesson from buying second hand phones from Amazon and won't be doing it again

£1,300 back in the day and what was delivered from this seller looks like the brand new one I got from Vodafone {that got stolen}. Absolutely flawless... No chips, scratches or dents. Android 13 with OneUI 5.0 so only 0.1 from bleeding edge. You can Google the spec sheet so I don't need to go through all details. The main takeaway is if your budget is less than £370 for what was nearly a thousand more, you can trust a virtually perfect handset. Your extra right should be, "what's the battery health like?", Great question, answer is.... Brilliant, at 89% And you get a year's warranty too. Any downsides? Hardly any, but here's a couple Only a generic charger, no original box and no software update since November. None of this is promised so no problem, and for me I've got all this from the phone that was nicked from me. Just an all-round perfect experience in purchasing AGAIN, I've an Samsung S10e from them and that's brilliant too. Cheers guys. (I'll upload pictures and AccuBattery screenshots soon)

The phone arrived via Royal Mail Tracked, securely packs in a generic box, inside one of those really sturdy, hard bubble wrap pouches. The phone included a charging cable and a decent generic 20w charger. The condition was excellent, as good as a brand new phone cosmetically. Everything functions OK. Pleasantly surprised and would use this seller again. Cannot comment on battery life yet, but I have no reason to expect anything bad so I will give 4 stars for that.

The phone is fantastic but had the phone 10 weeks and screen cracked the first time I dropped it went to get new screen was quoted £200.00 sorry but will just have to do without repair at that price would be as well to get another phone

So yeah the phone is very good it all works but the screen came faulty it randomly goes all weird with loads of lines and colors all over the entire screen and the only way to fix is restarting the phone

Absolutamente inutilizable. Leyendo otras reseñas, sabía que la pantalla no era original, es algo que ya esperaba. El problema principal con el recambio de pantalla es que es de menor tamaño que la oficial, haciendo que, a veces, los gráficos que deberían verse en el borde queden cortados (como por ejemplo las notificaciones "Edge" que pierden las esquinas y gran parte de su grosor) El problema principal (y la razón por la que he devuelto el producto) es que, probablemente debido a este recambio de pantalla, al apagarla el teléfono entra en "Kernel Panic" y es obligatorio reiniciarlo. Esto ocurre un 99% de las veces que se apaga por si misma y un 100% de las veces que se apaga al pulsar el botón lateral. Para quien no sepa lo que implica un Kernel Panic: es un error de software tan importante que el teléfono solo puede recurrir a reiniciarse por si mismo para solucionarlo. Lo más probable es que el recambio de pantalla no se conectase bien y esté causando problemas con la opción de "Always On Display" que tiene este y otros dispositivos de Samsung.

El móvil me lo vendieron con la categoría "excelente" como nuevo y un desastre. La tarjeta gráfica mal, perdía la cobertura continuamente, sensor de huellas roto, estabilizador de cámara en vídeo hacía unas aguas rarísimas. Una vez que me pongo en contacto con ellos me dicen que si quiero que me devuelven parte del importe y me quedo con el móvil pero ¿Para qué quiero yo un móvil roto? Encima de que me venden un móvil en mal estado he tenido que mover cielo y tierra para que me manden una etiqueta prepagada para la devolución. Lo acabo de mandar de vuelta a ver ahora que me comunican en la devolución, pero no me dan ninguna seguridad

Il telefono va benissimo... ma il display è più piccolo dell'originale!!! Si nota molto... restano bordi scuri intorno allo schermo !
