Great pain natural relief
Absolutely amazing, so easy to use makes pain disappear, my 13year old uses them when her pains are bad and they are great!

Great for nighttime pain
These are a lifesaver at night time on my periods. I haven’t had any pain whilst on! Defo recommend, scent is strong but I love it!

Mood changer
These are lifesavers! They're always out of stock online so I try to buy a few packs at a time whenever I see them available. Me & my daughter use them and it makes a difference to the most miserable time of the month for us! Even just catching a whiff of the essential oils as your going about your day, lightens my mood and reminds me to relax & smile 😌 10/10 from us!

Highly recommend
I’ve been using these patches for my endometriosis and adenomyosis pain, and they’ve actually been really helpful on more manageable days. They’re super thin and discreet, so you can wear them under clothes without even noticing, and I like that they’re drug-free. The cooling/tingling sensation is quite soothing and does take the edge off cramps, especially when I don’t want to rely on painkillers. They also last a good amount of time, which makes them convenient for work or sleep. That said, they’re not strong enough for severe flare-ups. On my worst days, they don’t fully relieve the pain, so I still need additional pain relief. The sensation can also feel weird at first, and it might not be for everyone but I have sensitive skin and works fine, great value for money. Overall, they’re a good extra support option — especially for milder days or alongside other pain management — but not a complete solution for more intense endo or adenomyosis pain.

Good when able to apply but pricey
I feel these are good at providing some pain relief but they are not easy to apply on your own. I found many times it would bunch up but when I was able to apply it thoroughly, it did provide good relief. To me they are on the expensive side which is tricky when needing to buy regularly. Once they are on correctly they definitely stick well though and I do recommend the shower to take it off if you have a problem.
