I was hesitant at first & was worried it'd break me out or I'd purge due to the papaya enzymes. I have a somewhat reactive skin type. But it did quite the opposite. In a couple uses it calmed and cleared any blemishes I had. Skin looks more luminous. Leaves my skin feeling insanely soft & hydrated. I use it to dbl cleanse and use a gentle hydrating cleanser after. Keeps me blemish free even around my monthly. Truly does take a majority of make up off all on its own.
