The quality of this sprayer blows me away. I always buy stuff on Amazon and rarely does any of it hold up to this level of build quality. There is a note stating that the sprayer was tested with water. When I opened the protective silicone nipple covering the bottom valve, there was a slight bit of water there - proving they actually tested it. The plastic container is a very thick and durable plastic. The fittings on quite a lot of it are brass fittings. They also include plumber's tape in case you want additional protection from leaking. There are two nozzles that you can use. I've only used the brass nozzle so far. The brass nozzle is adjustable, and I got a fine spray or a straight stream with no issues. The brass nozzle allowed me to focus my weed killer on the weeds without hitting the plants when I was close to other plants, yet when I was not close to the plants, I could adjust to a fine mist spray to quickly cover a broad area. The battery came already charged, so it lasted the entire time when I went out and weeded my lawn. The instructions are clear, and there are photos to explain it easier if you can't understand the words. It's also very portable, and the sling easily went over my shoulder, making it easy to transport around my lawn. It always kept a constant pressure without any pumping from me. This product's quality is superior to any other sprayer I've ever used. The last sprayer I bought did not hold a candle to this, and it had a major name on it. While this sprayer costs more than other inferior sprayers and manual sprayers, I can tell after using it and inspecting it that it will last a significant time. I would imagine buying three to five sprayers over time that may last as long as the sprayer I bought here would be far more money. You're paying more for quality, but it lasts longer, makes your life easier, and does the job you want correctly the first time. I don't leave many reviews, but if I didn't leave a review on this, I would be doing a disservice to the people who built such a quality sprayer. So, to the men and women who built this sprayer, I salute you!

Like most of us, I have had several hand-held and backpack pump sprayers. They work but they are annoying as ever. I purchased the HD2000-S after viewing a wide swath of electric sprayers via YouTube. Those reviews were from homeowners and professionals and in the end...I settled on the HD2000-S from PetraTools.My sprayer was shipped from PetraTools and arrived via USPS without any issues, and in about 4 days. The sprayer I ordered was the HD2000-S ProKit which comes with additional spray heads and gloves. The standard HD2000-S comes with two spray tips which are likely sufficient for most home use. The gloves in the ProKit are probably Large, did fit my hands but did not permit much flexing. Gloves will be great for smaller hands. I wanted the ProKit for the extra nozzles more so than the gloves anyway, I have plenty of rubber gloves already.Included in the box, to my surprise, was plumbers' tape to use for the threads for the hose-to-tank and hose-to-wand connections. I was also pleased to find the battery is a small SLA, sealed lead acid battery that is charged with the included battery charger. I prefer the simplicity of the SLA battery over lithium batteries and am glad PetraTools chose the SLA for the HD2000-S. There is documentation that comes with the sprayer, assembly is straightforward for anyone that is a home handyman, or simply able to reason and think through putting the few pieces together. After a few minutes of plumbers' tape, the hose and wand were assembled and the tank was ready for a battery charge. The lid has a groove for an O-ring you will need to install, simple to do. The O-ring appears to be high quality and up to the task. I am particular about rubber O-rings so I lightly coated the O-ring with a food-grade silicone grease from SuperLube. This will protect the O-ring and keep it pliable. Probably not needed but...I am particular about O-rings. Also included was a bag of flat washers to use between the wand and hose.I primed the pump as indicated in the online videos and all went well. I am not sure I needed to prime the pump...but might as well follow the instructions. I mixed up two gallons with a weed killer and went to work. I chose to hand-carry the HD2000-S as opposed to using the included shoulder strap. I flipped on the motor and began spraying. It did not take long at all to spray the backyard and side yard. I mixed up another batch of weed killer and went off to do the front and another side yard. What a relief to do a yard without needing to stop every two minutes and hand-pumping a sprayer.The unit is very quiet, vibration-free and effective in getting the herbicide down. The wand has a trigger with a safety latch and you can stop and move around the yard to another spray area without turning off the unit. The HD2000-S sealed well and there were no leaks at the top of the tank, and no leaks at the hose-to-tank or hose-to-wand connections. Remember to use the plumbers' tape...it does have a purpose.I called PetraTools several times with questions, mostly curiosity-type questions, and to offer a few suggestions. Both times, tech support was helpful and on one call, I left a message to return a call and Jake from PetraTools called me back. He was very helpful and courteous and took note of my suggestions.All in all, the PetraTools HD2000-S is an excellent buy, and an excellent electric sprayer for at least the home user. Frankly, professionals could use it as well for small yards and spot treatments. I have no reservations about recommending the HD2000-S over other electric sprayers. I like the HD2000-S enough, that I will order the one-gallon HD1000-S to use for spraying for pests in the basement and interior of the house.

The sprayer is easy to use, efficient, and has made my gardening tasks much simpler. I used it multiple times during the first week and again in July, and it worked perfectly each time.Recently, I encountered an issue where the sprayer stopped working. I reached out to customer service and spoke with AJ, who was incredibly helpful. AJ quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by sending a new unit. The replacement arrived promptly, and I am pleased to say that it works flawlessly.I am highly impressed with both the product and the exceptional customer service provided by PetraTools. AJ’s professionalism and efficiency turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend this sprayer and commend PetraTools for their excellent customer support.

This unit is very high quality. The tank is plastic, the hose is well made, comfortable handle, one sprayer is brass and the other is plastic for misting. The pump needs priming, so follow the instructions, be patient, it takes a while for the pump to prime. After use, ensure everything is cleaned. Works really well.

Does the job well. So much easier than constant pumping.
