We use this for tea only. It's so much better than a pump carafe. I fill it 2/3 full around 7am with 212° hot water, and it's still enjoyably warm at 2pm. There's a little attachment inside at the faucet, not something I'd call a filter, more like a grill, but enough to keep most loose tea leaves from passing through. I use a tea ball for loose tea, but sometimes the leaves can slip out of the ball. Only once have bits of tea leaf made it into my mug - they were really small, and honestly, that's just a given from time to time when you brew with loose tea.It's much lighter than I expected. When nearing empty, you have to be careful about flipping the faucet open with too much power, because it may tip a bit.

I needed something quickly for an event and didn't want to pay a bunch. I chose the less expensive and it was an excellent choice. I was shocked at how substantial this is. My beverage was so good it went fast so I can't sat for sure but it seemed to provide a very warm beverage on a very cold day and I was pleased with it's delivery and looks

This product came quickly and is all as it was described. We heated up apple cider and then put it into this beverage dispenser and it stayed warm for all 3 hours that we were outside. It is easy to use, the spigot works great and it holds a nice amount of liquid.

Used it for my baby shower! It doesnt have a plug to warm it up so you will need to refill it and it keeps the drinks warm. This was perfect for my need since there wasn't going to be an outlet that i could plug it into. Make sure you extend the legs at the bottom of the urn so there's room for the cups
