Lovely tea; very soothing
Lovely tasting tea. I suspect it's more the routine of a late night cuppa but I always sleep well after taking this tea before bed.

Great product, been using it for years to aid sleep - but price!
Every time I reorder it the price pops up. This time a £2 price difference. Its not cost effective anymore.

Nice tasting tea, affective as a sleep aid in my experience
This is a pleasant tasting tea, which contains valerian, which is reckoned to be an effective herbal sleep aid. In my experience, it works quite well, although I have to confess I use two bags in my rather large cup every night.

I drink this tea every night (or morning after a night shift), it really helps me relax and unwind before heading to bed. I really do recommend this tea to anyone who struggles to get to sleep at night and it tastes pretty good too. I personally put a sweetener in, I find it enhances the flavour. I highly recommend.
