As the Genuine Edible Gold leaf is 100% safe for human consumption you could use this for what you need. The problem would be finding an adhesive that is just as safe and suitable for internal use in the mouth. Something like a denture adhesive that's safe to use on your teeth may be an option.

If i buy a bunch of these and just straight up eat all of them will i poop gold?

Edible gold has to be 22 to 24 karats, which is safe to consume. It does not get digested by the body but as an inert metal can pass through without any harm. So Yes, in theory if you ate enough of it you may indeed poop gold!
