Maybe it's too early, but this product has totally delighted me.They're actually breaking all quality standards at this price range!I'm most delighted with the RAM Expansion it's given me. Superb.Now it might be a small thing, but no other Mobile Company has ever done this for me:- The phone came with a pre-installed screen guard and nice plastic security back-cover. Very nice of them, i must say.Now what do I do with the armoured screen guard I had already bought when ordering the mobile??Still, greatly appreciated.Now let's see how the phone behaves over the next few months.

Techno mobile features is smooth I like it.

I purchased this on behalf of a family member and now they are victim of systematic fraud by Tecno.Phone's battery damaged within 6-7 months of usage. Took it to the service centre. Be aware that Tecno uses third party company for servicing and these guys are untrained idiots and Tecno is a fraud.After accepting the phone they called that the phone has liquid damage and it is not covered under warranty. So it will be a paid servicing. A phone has battery and charging problem and the cause is liquid damage?! You can't do anything because their "engineer" says so, and you can't prove that they're wrong.Then they damaged the finger print sensor wiring while changing the battery. And the hardware is not in stock so they can't repair that either.
