what a surprise that this is as quiet of a dryer that I could find, it is fairly quiet, but it also makes my hair feel soft! after my last dryer just basically frizzed my hair on a daily basis, I now have shiny hair again and can get it dried within a short amount of time--wooohhooo

High quality, great options, lightweight.
Lightweight. Feels high tech with the unique start and shut off process. Relatively quiet. Great to have all of the options for heat and fan power. Long, high quality power cord. Definitely works better and faster than my last blow dryer!

Overheats and shuts off
This is the second dryer I have purchased… High speed, lightweight, etc. It is those things, but I can’t blow dry an entire head on any of my clients without it shutting off and overheating so I will be sending it back

No cool shot button and gets SO HOT!
I was excited about this blow dryer until I took it out of the packaging. It feels and looks cheap. You have to hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to get it to turn on. The reason I ended up returning it was because it has no cool shot button and even the lowest heat setting is REALLY hot - like, I only ran it for 30 seconds with the attachment and the attachment got so hot I could barely touch it to remove it from the hair dryer! Smelled like burnt plastic, too - I did not even use it on my hair because I was scared it would burn my hair right off! Very disappointing.

Sleek Clean Designed Hair Dryer
Finally, a hair dryer that looks sleek and lightweight and does the job right. I love using it, and was kind of thinking about the investment and money. But I’m glad that I did make this purchase, because it was worth it the light weight helps with my long hair when I’m drying it. The different options help With the dry levels that you need per layer when you’re brushing your hair. I’m replacing a seven year old hair dryer I’m glad I picked this one.
