I was very sceptical about it, but was used in a ganache for macarons and it is pretty intensive and not very chemical taste, so very happy with it! Yes, definitely can recommend bubblegum one

Has a very strong coffee smell, does not colour the mixture which you add it to , it has a taste of coffee but slightly artificial taste too , it was given 4 stars as the quality was not deserving of 5 stars, I found fresh cofeee needed to be added to give it an authentic taste .

Used to make bubblegum ice cream and gelato. A little goes a long way, I just add a few drops at a time to the base until the taste is where I want it. It has a pleasant taste without the odd aftertaste that some flavourings have. The ice creams and gelatos I have made using it have been very much enjoyed and certainly get eaten very quickly!

This is okay but taste is a little chemically and you don’t need much. Nowhere near real vanilla but serves its purpose.

I use this brand for food flavourings however I’ve ordered 2 pineapple ones and they are not edible when mixed in food, soon as you taste it you have to spit it out, it’s really strange , it’s like you’ve used a disinfectant wipe then licked your hands. Unfortunately no way of complaining about this on Amazon and requesting a refund, sadly I won’t be purchasing the pineapple flavour again- foodie flavours are more expensive but the pineapple one is actually nice
