Hight quality
This Bryner step ladder exceeded my expectations! It's very sturdy, well-balanced, and made of high-quality materials. The steps feel secure and wide enough to stand on comfortably for extended periods. I especially appreciate the safety lock and non-slip feet – they give me confidence even when working on uneven surfaces. Lightweight yet strong, it’s easy to move around and perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects. A great investment for any home or job site!

Versatile ladder
Easy to assemble, the braces just bolt into place. Moderately easy to manipulate into the various configurations. It is a bit narrower than a standard extension ladder and seems heavier than advertised which is why I rated it at 4 stars but overall satisfied with my purchase.

Good Ladder, very stable.
Okay! After about a year my stupid smoke alarm battery gave me the chirp, chirp low battery. Why does the smoke alarm have to go off at 3:00AM? Anyway, I opened the ladder, did a little assembly and was good to go. Easy to get the height I needed and it was very stable. Its a 16 foot step ladder so its about 50 lbs. so it might be handful for some people but that's the height I needed. The only slight problem was that one of the locks on the ladder didn't exactly unlock to fold it up so I ended up applying a little crow bar action; but after that, back to a nice small package. Its well made, very stable and beats stacking a chair on the dining room table and trying to change a smoke alarm battery at 3:00 AM.

Heavy
If you consider using this ladder by yourself, think again. Unless you have tons of free space around you to operate in, this thing will be next to impossible to maneuver. That's not only because of its size, but especially because of its considerable weight. The extensions at the ends will improve stability, but worsen the problems with setting it up. The "knees" work okay and snap reliably into position, but again due to the weight of the entire contraption, it can be daunting to fold it into the required position. Leaning the ladder against walls in its folded position requires some sort of cushioning. The metal of the "knees" will scratch and dent your paint. Fully extended, the overall stability suffers, and things can become quite shaky. I have decided to leave climbs of this height to the pros in the future.

Works well
So far this ladder works great. It is very versatile. I like the various different ways it can be configured. It is a little awkward to set up in full extension mode, but the trade off is it is very easy to fold it back up to full compact mode. I like it because it fits perfectly in my truck's 5' bed. It's also considerably lighter (about 10 pounds) than the little giant i had previoisly used. Seems pretty stable as well. The only complaint i have is the stabilizer bars the bottom have a bit of flex, not the bars themselves, but the plastic feet on the stabilizer bars. Otherwise it's great!

Impressive
I'm not working as a tradesman (I did years ago though) so I bought this ladder for household and handyman use. It doesn't have the typical US rating certification stickers so I was curious to see if it was as sturdy as advertised. I'm glad to say it definitely is in my opinion. I've already used it several times at full extension and am impressed with the sturdiness (I'm 6'3" & 220 lbs plus tool pouch weight). I was a little apprehensive climbing up the first time using it to reattach a second story window shutter but found it to be stable and have very minimal flex. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. In fact, I was impressed enough after using the ladder to buy the separate scaffolding support as well for some elevated work I'll be doing at my place. The only real thing I'd like to see changed with this ladder is for it to latch completely in the folded position. The two outside sections don't latch against the inner two sections when the ladder is folded for storage. The inner two sections latch against each other which keeps the unit secure enough but when carrying the folded ladder one needs to keep in mind the outer sections can move. This isn't a deal-breaker but in my opinion is a minor annoyance that could've been easily addressed. Other users have commented that the ladder itself is narrow. Yes it is but I had no issues working comfortably, it didn't feel unnatural to stand on and the wideset extensions at each end of the ladder make it secure. I've found the versatility of this ladder quite useful. The only other comment I'll add is you should remember it's a bit more to wrestle with when using it at full height as it isn't a slide up extension ladder. This means you'll have to walk it up hand over hand to use the total length but personally, I still found it be manageable. Overall, I'll say this ladder is pretty impressive.
