The build quality feels cheap and unstable, and it does not hold the phone securely, especially on bumpy roads. The USB charging feature is unreliable and often stops working while riding, which defeats the main purpose of buying this product. Installation was also more difficult than expected, and the mount loosens over time. Overall, this product does not meet expectations and is not worth the money.
