## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the processor i9-13980h or i9-13980hx? this makes a big difference.**
A: Mine arrived today and I can confirm it's the i9-13980HX. It also comes with 32GB Ram not 16GB

**Q: Hi there, i am struggling to find a laptop that does not overheat, is this laptop the correct choice? Thanks**
A: I consistently use this laptop for playing COD/BF2042 for extended hours and it has never over heated. GPU temps when playing those games never gets above 60% from my experience. I set the performance mode to turbo.

**Q: Does got Display port 1.4 output?**
A: No

**Q: Why is the 4090 video card written when choosing a product, and the name says 4080 video card ?**
A: It looks like a mistake in the Amazon interface when selecting a certain configuration.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best laptop I've ever had

No complaints about it so far.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This laptop is a beast BUT
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 February 2025*

So overall it's an absolutely perfect laptop but currently I have been faced with an issue regarding the discoloration of the pixels on the top left because spec's wise it's absolutely amazing but what I've done is because it's within the 30day window and stuff I'll try get it fixed and repaired as soon as possible which I just have done I've just have sent the laptop in so hopefully by next week or the week after they should give me a full repair of the laptop because of those pixels keep in mind I've only I only got the laptop like around a week ago it's fairly new fairly recent so I would love to give it 5 stars but yeaahUpdate....I just received the laptop today in the mail so the repair is successful the blemish the mark is no longer there they pretty much replacing to screen itself if I go to settings and check the refresh rate should be now back 165 hertz the mark is no longer there they fix the screen they replaced an entirely which I'm extremely happy about the early thing which I'm not happy about right is that when they packaged you the back to me they didn't give me back the original box where they gave me a different box so so I guess that's pretty funny pretty amusing but otherwise now since the update is done since the laptop deserves a full five stars now thank you very much

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for money
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 November 2023*

This product is awesome for gaming,I have tried GTA V,Sniper ghost warrior C-2 and Call of duty MW(2023).All these high end graphics games run as smooth as we expect.I cut one star only for it’s battery. But it’s obvious this is a gaming laptop so battery drains faster and for regular use it’s battery backup is really good.I’d say “GO FOR IT” !!!
