No complaints about it so far.

This laptop is a beast BUT
So overall it's an absolutely perfect laptop but currently I have been faced with an issue regarding the discoloration of the pixels on the top left because spec's wise it's absolutely amazing but what I've done is because it's within the 30day window and stuff I'll try get it fixed and repaired as soon as possible which I just have done I've just have sent the laptop in so hopefully by next week or the week after they should give me a full repair of the laptop because of those pixels keep in mind I've only I only got the laptop like around a week ago it's fairly new fairly recent so I would love to give it 5 stars but yeaahUpdate....I just received the laptop today in the mail so the repair is successful the blemish the mark is no longer there they pretty much replacing to screen itself if I go to settings and check the refresh rate should be now back 165 hertz the mark is no longer there they fix the screen they replaced an entirely which I'm extremely happy about the early thing which I'm not happy about right is that when they packaged you the back to me they didn't give me back the original box where they gave me a different box so so I guess that's pretty funny pretty amusing but otherwise now since the update is done since the laptop deserves a full five stars now thank you very much

Value for money
This product is awesome for gaming,I have tried GTA V,Sniper ghost warrior C-2 and Call of duty MW(2023).All these high end graphics games run as smooth as we expect.I cut one star only for itโs battery. But itโs obvious this is a gaming laptop so battery drains faster and for regular use itโs battery backup is really good.Iโd say โGO FOR ITโ !!!

Absolutely brilliant
Beautiful details looks so heavy until you take it out of the box also a bargain much cheaper for what Currys had sold then they replaced for i9 14th gen not easy to use but getting there. Also it appears to be undamaged and in excellent condition except for the out package something was removed where it look like it was cut off and seems to be something missing from the inside the box under were the laptop sits not sure what was there exactly, but it was empty when I opened it in the top right corner of the tray no instructions of any kind just leaflet on the lower right tray and the charger was in the massive tray of the box but that doesn't matter at this point as long the laptop works well it's good enough for me.

I want to love it, but it's not been easy.
I bought this laptop for video editing and for gaming whilst working away - I've owned this laptop for 6 months now. Here are my impressions,DISPLAY:I was very disappointed in the screen quality, there is heavy backlight bleed throughout the edges of the display, not too noticeable under casual use, but a big issue for video editing, however I won't compare it too harshly for editing as at the end of the day its a gaming laptop. However, I found the bleed unacceptable for a new laptop at this price point.BUILD QUALITY:Overall, I'm happy with the build quality - all plastic design, It would have been nice to have some aluminum parts here but considering that this is an entry level gaming laptop, I was impressed with the lack of bending and strong joints throughout. What really annoys me is the QWER+ASDF keys, these transparent keys are impossible to read in the daylight. Clear keys with white text is just a bad combination. Keystrokes feel okay but leave something to be desired.PERFORMANCE:I had a MAJOR issue within the first 2 months where the dGPU (RTX4060) failed and would only run from the integrated graphics. I had only had a few light gaming sessions previous to this. Luckily as this laptop was bought through Amazon, I was able to send it to one of their repair centers. They turned it around within a few weeks and fixed the issue. I'm really grateful for this service as I know how much of a pain the RMA process with the manufacturers can be, especially ASUS. Therefore I would highly recommend buying your laptop here. After the repair I've not had any further issues and It has been a delight. I have played multiple titles such as Helldivers 2, Call of Duty, Bodycam etc... All run at fairly high settings and still making the most of the 165hz monitor, for the specs I have no complaints here at all. I'm able to do some light video editing in Davinci Resolve, not comparable to my 64GB RAM and RTX4090 desktop setup, but it gives me a headstart on my projects whilst working away. Again this laptop is not designed for video editing so I cant set my expectations too high.SUMMARY:Taking all the above into consideration, I wish that I had upped my budget slightly and gone for a slightly better spec, possibly just a 4070 and a higher resolution/quality display. The early GPU issues were a concern and I'm now anxious of further issues down the line but as of writing this it is working perfectly. I will update if any further issues occur. If you can stretch your budget slightly, I would advise looking elsewhere. But for entry level budget gaming, this has been a great laptop.NOTE: if you choose this laptop I would highly recommend uninstalling Armory Crate and use G-Helper instead. I believe Armory Crate could have been the source of the GPU issues in my case. G-Helper is way more lightweight and has all the features you need without the bloatware.
