Versatile tool for muscle relief- put self care right in my own hands

This is a good massage tool for someone who isn’t able to give themself a good neck rub or doesn’t have someone that will do it for them.It’s pretty simple, just roll it back and forth gently.You don’t need to apply a ton of pressure and it might hurt until you get used to it. The same way you might haveto get used to using a foam roller. It’s a similar concept.The massage balls are able to be removed but I wish that they would continuously roll in either direction. Rolling too much in one direction, they’ll tighten and stop rolling. Roll too much in the opposite direction and they will unscrew.As someone with neck pain all the time, this is helpful to rub up and down both sides of my neck.

So this little gadget is well priced. It's just a bit cheaply made which I guess I can't complain about since it was so affordable. And it does help massage your neck but the rolling motion up and down does made the silicone balls unscrew and I'm constantly putting them back on. But if you just use it to flex and massage and not roll up and down it does okay. But I will warn it it QUICKLY wears your arms out. My arms were a little sore after using it for just a minute or so.

Picked this up to help with muscle tension I receive in the back of my neck. It doesn't replace a good chiropractor but it comes close enough! Thanks to this I have fewer headaches.

I like this handy tool that you use on the back of your neck and you can pinpoint exactly where the pain is and place the two balls enclosed in squishy silicone type of material. It is easy to use and effective and neck feels great afterwards. It says it can be used on leg and elsewhere and that is possible, but it seems most useful on the neck which is not easy to get to without this tool. Price is more than reasonable, too.

They break very easily

I personally did not enjoy using this massager roller tool. I liked the handle as it is easy to grip and it is flexible. The part I did not like was the balls that are meant to help massage your neck or other body parts. The balls are screwed in and they can be twisted to come completely off for easy cleaning. Mine however, one ball always locked in place no matter how much I left it a little unscrewed it would not move and the second ball always stayed loose so it was always rolling. This caused discomfort when trying to use it as one side would glide and move around which was nice and the other would just sit and I had to force move it around which wasn’t comfortable or relaxing. I had to keep adjusting and trying to find a happy medium but I just could not figure out a good flow. I just can’t recommend using this at this time, mine could have been defective but upon inspection, it didn’t look defective to me.
