Love this little trimmer for nose and ear hairs. I won't get into trying to wax these hairs, I did a review on that years ago, NOT fun. This works much better, and at least for my hairy ears and nose this style and the way the cutter is oriented works much better than the other typical cone shaped ones. This one gets it trimmed closer and cleaner!!

First, the less-than-five-star rating is not due to a product deficiency; it's just because of the included accessory case. This is a great machine, with more metal than plastic, a knurled metal handle for a secure grip, and a more comfortable nosehair cutter than other devices I've tried. The razor and eyebrow combs (3mm & 5mm) are still a learning curve for me, so I'll keep quiet on those. What about the missing star? As you will read, the device is loud in and around the ears; workable, but exceptional. The included accessory case is good quality, but oddly, it offers no elastic strapping to hold the device and its accessories in place. That said, I travel a lot and am accustomed to a pencil-sized device that is usually inexpensive and only marginally acceptable. As a guitar player, I also carry a nail kit. This accessory case will allow me to combine both uses, even if everything rattles a bit inside.

It’s so loud I was initially afraid to stick it in my nose, but once I took the leap it worked quite well. The design of the cutting head is terrific for getting into that spot right at the tip of my nose, and I felt no pulling anywhere at all. This device is such a good value, I might get another one for backup.

I've had this trimmer for about a year now and I can confidently say it's the best nose hair trimmer I've ever used. I've tried 5 or 6 other ones in the past, some manual, some electric, some reciprocating and some rotary. This is by far the best. It finishes the job much faster than any of the others, cuts as close as any other, never causes any nicks or pain whatsoever, and is easy to clean and maintain. The battery life is great - I think I've replaced the battery only once so far. Highly recommended.

I'm not a free 5 star giver. A great score to me is 4 starts! I have struggled with trimmers for so many years and often wondered why! Why isn't anyone making something that works well and can hold up?! It's not like we're shaving little fuzzies! These damn things are like whiskers! Well men, here it is! IT WORKS! If like me then you'll still have to rinse after each section, but I'll take it! Good job CONAIR!

I bought another version of this a while ago and this is still functionally the best nose/ear trimmer. The shape of the head cuts really well. 3 stars because the marketing is misleading. Be warned this is not rechargeable. The battery they package with it is just a disposable lithium AA. It can be replaced by any AA battery.

Excellent product. Easy to use and durable. Sharp blades help with no pulling. I’d purchase again.

I have been using Braun for a couple years, after first trying out my uncle's. I have always noticed that it had a harder time getting all the nose hairs, especially longer ones. So I tried the ConairMan just for comparison, seeing its design was different. I used Conair right after using the Braun, and Conair not only got hair missed by the Braun, but did it very quickly. To be fair my Braun is almost 2 years old so the blades are less sharp, but I remember this annoyance at it taking a longer time and missing some follicles for quite a while, so I think the difference is due to razor design

This is a fantastic product for trimming you nose hair clean off. Unfortunately, it’s way too loud for trimming your ear hair, it will leave your ears ringing. If you want the best of both worlds, get the Conair to clean up your nose hairs, and the Panasonic ER 430 for your ear hair.
