Q: How sturdy and durable is this grabber?

Sturdy enough to perform every task I have needed them for.

Q: Is it worth buying long and short size of the grabber tool?

I was hesitant at first but having two sizes has its benefits. Times when you have something not too far up or away it is easier to use the shorter grabber. And when there is a real reach, the longer one is handy. And this way I did not have to decide which size I wanted.

Q: Does the seller provide after-sales service?

Unknown if seller would make good on the service after the sale. Since Amazon is involved, return or refund only good for 30 days. I even called Amazon customer service, who told me once 30 days is over, there's nothing that could be done, I read him the no return service after the sale, he informed me to Google Gisung, and contact them directly if after 30 days. I tried and was unable to make contact with them.
