Everything fits inside the pan for easy storage. Clean up is easy because nothing sticks to the surface. It is well made and durable. If you’ve never use an electric skillet there are always some cooler spots in areas furthest away from the heating element which can result in some uneven cooking. This is easily mitigated by stirring or rearranging the food during the cooking process.
