Tune Up Fitness Double Loop Stretch Strap

I use this for my daily exercise routine. I love the fact that it has a loop at each end. It helps facilitate my workout. I recently had to go for physical therapy where I saw this particular strap being used, so I ordered one for my home use. It is one of my favorite tools for stretching and strengthening. You will love it too!

I have Rogue elastic bands to use for stretching already. It seemed like this strap may just be an extra product with no added benefit. That was so wrong! The strap is great. The stretches are most effective with a strap that is non-elastic. Low back pain resolved in 2 days doing stretches in the Roll Model Book using this strap. Looking forwarding to learning more stretches and to having less pain.

Useful for stretching the muscles along the back of my legs. It has only two loops, which work fine for my needs, but may not be fitting for those who need a strap with multiple loops (for different length legs). Beyond that, it is exactly what I was looking for.

Easy to use. Works well and is durable.
