JURA24029 Automatic Hot and Cold Milk Frother, Stainless Steel, 650 W, Black/Chrome

This is a good looking, compact and sturdy machine, very easy to use. The whisks (3) are stored in the base and easy to change. You have two choices regarding froth, the more froth you want the less milk you can heat as this machine produces lots of froth. You can heat more milk if you have less froth, however I found the milk is not quite as hot. The machine has two maximum fill marks depending on how much froth wanted and three temperature settings, cold, warm and hot, I've only used hot, which isn't boiling but is a nice drink, haven't used the other two yet. You can't set the machine to heat twice as once it hits the temperature that's it.The froth is excellent, the machine is solid and easy to clean and looks good. I prefer this to the milk pods 😖 that come with my Tassimo, and is fine for single drinks, if you want more milk in one go you'll need a bigger machine. If the milk was a little hotter it would be perfect but for ease of use, solid construction and cleaning its very good

Durability is not examined as I only have it for a week. It looks so beatiful and perfect fit to my Nespresso Expert. Easy to use, easy to clean. Function is good , you can choose cold, warm and hot. Hot is every hot, some review saying not hot enough, I say it is very hot. Only problem the heating time is too long, 5 mins for hot milk. Maybe I don’t have patience. Overall, worth having it.

The milk it produces is great, I like that it has a non frothing disc as I use this for my travel mug everyday, and the whisk disc for when I’m drinking coffee at home.I was recommended it by the coffee repair guy to save the boiler in my gaggia classic. The down side is that it takes a while to heat and it is quite noisy, it would be really nice to have a bigger cup as it’s a bit restrictive to two normal mugs. But as I say I’m using as I’m making espresso so that’s quite noisy as well and it’s normally just for me.The way I use it actually means I’m saving time as I can heat the milk while brewing espresso.It seems to be on the more expensive end, but just hoping that I get what I pay for and it lasts longer. So far I’ve used it everyday for six months without a problem.*edit* Over lockdown I used this machine more, maybe two or three times a day. My first machine stopped working last November and Jura sent out a replacement. The replacement stopped working in June. This was just after I spent an extra £50 on replacement wisks. Jura will not fix the second unit as it’s over a year since I bought the original. Complete waste of money DO NOT BUY

Jura is a reputable brand and usually quite expensive. I was looking for a good milk frother having had a bad experience with a cheap (4x cheaper) one. This is a newer model of a frother my friend uses so I went for this one.Pros: It uses magnets to keep in place and rotate the frothing element so it is super-easy to remove and clean everything. There are no mechanical links between frother base and the cup. The milk is heated from the base.The froth is of best quality, you can do any latte magic with it.It is super-quiet when the cup is positioned well and the lid is on.Cons: It is not too fast, it takes few minutes to produce warm froth. It was a bit squeaky at first but now it settled. It can be a bit noisy if the cup is not properly positioned on the base so the frothing element rattles around.

Love this frother. Easy to use. Makes a good froth.

Really good. Gets milk up to a decent heat, which most frothers don't. Super easy to clean (basically just rinse it out).No downside so far.
