Excellent Sodium free substitute. Recently ordered a larger second pack. It does have a slight bitter taste if testing by itself, however it is not noticeable when used on food and tastes like real salt. Potassium is preferable to Sodium.

El sabor es desagradable y en realidad no saben a sal los alimentos. Es verdad que no tiene sodio, pero no es un buen sustituto de sal. Me decepcionó su sabor.

Does have a slightly different taste than salt, however it's the best salt alternative I've tried. Minimizing salty foods right now due to high blood pressure, which sucks as I LOVE salty stuff. Putting this on foods like my fries scratches that itch and does taste fairly salty. I don't need to use very much either. There is a slightly sour/bitter taste to it, but it's mild enough I don't mind. It has made it a lot easier to give up salt.
