Easy and yummy
This product saved me tons of time during this years festive season. I make about 300 dough balls for Christmas morning monkey bread and this mix makes it so easy. 500 grams of mix and some warm water. Viola’ Knead for 10 minutes and you have perfect dough. I also made flat bread with this mix. Just added some seasoning to the mix and pan fried. They were amazing! I will buy this every year to make that monkey bread, and keep on hand to use throughout the year. ❤️

Brilliant, easy. Just flour and warm water. A perfect loaf EVERY time!
I use this flour all the time as I never buy bread. It’s so easy to make this bread. You’ll need two loaves a week (between 2 people). Warm your bowl. Just use 4 cups of the flour and enough warm water to make a ragged dough. Kneed. Rise in a warm place foe 20 mins. Bake at gas mark 6 for 55 mins. Voila! A perfect loaf every single time. Slices easily too. Keeps well and can be frozen. Been doing this for 18 months now. Wouldn’t buy supermarket bread ever again! This flour means no faffing about with separate yeast, or if you used to do soda bread with vinegar and bicarbs. None of that either. Just this flour and warm water!

Makes lovely bread easily
I like this mix, it makes a reliable and very pleasant loaf which I mainly use for toast.The instructions aren't clear re. how much water to use but I use 450g flour to 300ml water for a loaf which fits nicely in a normal loaf tin.The bag says 2.5 litres to the entire bag.It's a bit expensive but worth it to have quick homemade bread.

Perfect bread rolls
Delivered quickly and have used it already. Great results without fuss finished rolls look professional, well pleased Will definitely buy again.

Needs salt
Perhaps just my taste but this was lacking in flavour without the addition of salt to the mix. Other than that and the extortionate price (bought this in the peek of the COVID flour shortage) it's an ok product.

best before date poor
I make a loaf a week and have found this mix to be good and tasty - however recent delivery has expiry date of July 2023, item delivered just two weeks before!
