I love mine heated and wisk in a bit of monk fruit, a few drops of honey, a splash of caramel macchiato creamer, and a splash of oat milk! I tell everyone I know about this wonderful product! I have friends and coworkers that have tried it and loved it! My 19 year old son enjoys it as well! Thank you for making this quality, delicious, wonderful matcha! This is a mixed matcha powder. I don't know why ceremonial grade would be important in this case as it's more like a casual Starbucks matcha latte, slightly sweet and a bit coconutty. Anyways, it's quite a small amount of powder. The amount you need for one good sized latte means this bag would just be a couple servings. However, that's still relatively reasonable compared to Starbucks I guess. I would mix this with milk instead of water for a creamier latte, but maybe water for an iced drink. I also like to add sugar to make it sweeter. Overall, it's quite pricy for latte matcha but it is tasty and somewhat convenient to have it already in powdered form rather than individually mixing matcha, coconut milk, milk, and sugar. You could also make good cookies with these I think, or cake, with just a few tablespoons although it would still be pricy.

This is the first Matcha I have ever purchased and I absolutely love how effortlessly this blends into any drink you are making. Whether it’s hot or cold. Based on reviews you get what you pay for with Matcha here on Amazon this brand did not disappoint.

I am a big fan of Matcha, and was excited to get this latte mixed a try. I prepared a 10 ounce cup of hot water with 2 tablespoons of the powder, as the instructions directed. It mixed well with a spoon, all of the instructions said that you could also use an electric frother. The packaging suggests that it is naturally sweet so you don’t need to add any sugar. While it is true that the coconut does give it some natural sweetness and a very nice flavor, unfortunately, there is still a very bitter taste in this drink. I hoped that I would get used to the bitterness as I drank it, but I did not. It’s not some thing I would choose to drink again, but it might be okay for people who aren’t bothered by bitter flavor. Also, be aware that the package advises you to refrigerate it after opening.

Not typically a huge fan of hot drinks, but this stuff is great. Good with milk & sugar, but certainly doesn’t need anything added. Big fan of it iced down. Girlfriend loves it and drinks it every morning. Would definitely recommend!
