Quick assembly of the stand, all necessary cords provided, smooth touchscreen that works with a stylus or finger, great bluelight filter and easy to connect to my laptop using HDMI and USB-C (need both to engage touch). I had to calibrate it in the control panel for my laptop to recognize it as touch screen but I am very happy with this monitor and I hope there are no issues with ongoing use! (It's on the left in pic with bluelight filter on)

Works as promised with a Windows computer. However, does not work well with a Macbook - the resolution is poor (due to Apple's choice to disable sub pixel rendering) and the touch aspects don't work.

I don’t recommended. I work as a sound engineer for events and use this screen with an LV1 console. While the touch functionality is excellent, the screen itself is far too fragile. I purchased two of these screens, and one broke inside its protective case without any apparent cause. The other was damaged when a keyboard fell just a few centimeters onto the screen. For a product at this price point, I expected much better durability. Unfortunately, they seem overly sensitive and not suitable for professional use. I am requesting a refund, as these screens do not meet the durability standards one would reasonably expect.

The touch functionality of BE24ECSBT works well under Ubuntu Linux. The touch gestures and movements work and feel like Android (which makes sense as Android is Linux, so might be the same or similar source code). Monitor performance is decent. I was able to go into the menu system and get a reasonable color temp match to my Asus ProArt monitors. Like all modern monitors with internal speakers, they leave a lot to be desired. If you want to use the monitors to watch videos you will want an external speaker.

Let me start with the bad. The instructions on how to hook up the monitor to the computer are lacking. Of course, it is simple enough for an experienced user to simply plug in an HDMI cable (in my case) and run it to the back of the computer. However, that did not activate touchscreen functionality. I went to the website and downloaded the driver to my computer (which required me to hook up my old monitor again so that I could see what I was doing). After and hour of trying to figure out if I had done that correctly, since it didn't solve my problem, I downloaded the user guide and discovered that a USB-C connection was required for touchscreen input. That was when I tumbled down the rabbit hole thinking that in the last 7 years since I dealt with new computers that my equipment was outdated and I need to purchase a new display adapter card that had a USB-C port. About an hour later, after shopping for such a thing, I got the idea to run the USB-C cable in addition to the HDMI cable. Works perfectly as expected. Would have been nice if that was explained a bit more clearly. Otherwise, I think I am really going to like this Monitor.

I had the hardest time with this. The directions said to use either the usb or the hdmi cord, but the touchscreen doesn’t work when plugging in just one or the other. I then saw in other reviews that customers plugged in both and it fixed the issue, so I tried it and it worked perfectly! Just plug them both in from the start and save yourself some headaches.

Works Great!

This is a great touch screen monitor for the price. As soon as I figured out how to set it up properly, it worked completely as advertised and works great as an extra tool to use along with my turn table and mixer set-up. Now I can use the screen to help cue in my 3rd and 4th tracks, rather than having to reach down and navigate with my mouse like I use to. The trick is to make sure you have BOTH the usb-c and the hdmi cables connected from the monitor to your computer. If you just use one or the other cables by themselves, it will only function as a normal monitor without being able to use the touch screen function. And the color is great too! Nice and crisp and bright picture.

Great monitor for my golf simulator

I would like to know what the warranty is on this item, hopefully it's one year, because what is happening now is there are imprints on the screen from previous documents or write-ups. I will write the company to find out what the warranty is, and if it is under warranty then I will just have a replacement sent to me, and if the warranty is off then I would stay away from this item. this is the second time that I've had trouble with this item, the first time I received it the touch screen did not work, it was replaced and the second one worked fine but now I'm having trouble.
