Glad to have an ash catcher for my citronella incense. Very beautiful design and works as intended. The only thing to be mindful of is that the glass chamber could likely tip over if there’s high winds. I bet a little tape or removable adhesive could keep it more secure. Still, great product!

Very nice item but don’t drop it…glass is thin ….but it’s a good buy. I like it. Keeps ash off the table.

I was surprised at the glass. The pics made me believe that the glass was open at both ends but actually, it is a square glass tube (if that makes sense) which is a plus for me. Very easy to clean. What i didn't care for is that the glass bottom is not an exact fit to the wooden base. It's a little wobbly. I would suggest lining the inside of the wooden bottom with some felt or silicone to give the glass a snug fit with the wooden base. Other than that It is a great burner at a good price point. WILL BUY MORE!!!

This holder keeps things clean and catches all the ashes. I bought one for each level in my home. Highly recommend!

I have had this product for a few months now. I highly recommend users bend (not break) the end of each incense before putting it onto the hook. Once on the hook, you can adjust it to be in the middle of the glass. This way it doesn't burn the side of the glass from the inside.Once I discovered this hack, that's when this product was a full all around 5 star to me.
