My Sundance spa’s 2 stage motor went out and found that this was a direct replacement. Calling around local spa/pool techs and they wanted $1k-1.5k to change this out. Found this replacement on Amazon and showed up a couple of days later. Was worried that I would have trouble getting the old one out and this one installed. Was able to get this installed with the tools in my garage in about 1 hour. The pump works great. Good flow of water in both stages, no leaks and not any louder than the one it replaced. It’s been 3 months since install so no problems with longevity so far.

Perfect fit. I installed this in a Jacuzzi 335 series. Pump motor #2. The motor is replaced was a 400 hp single speed. I installed a this new one which was a 2 speed. Not a problem. Can be simply wired as a single speed. Comes with instructions to do so. It took me one hour to replace motor after spa was empty. Easy Peazy. Motor runs great. I will buy again cause I noticed my pump motor #1 is leaking. It will be alot faster replacement for the second one. I do want to tell you to buy the new union seals and the nipple if you need one. Mine did. I bought in advance and had it when I changed it out.

This was a direct replacement for a hot tub pum and motor with a blown mechanical seal. I should have read closer that this pump does not have a foundation. I had to rig a makeshift foundation with plywood and clamps. Installation was straightforward. I appreciate the ease of changing the pump outlet orientation.

My older Sundance 680 Ramona's pump went out. The OEM pump was also a LINGXIAO WUA400-II. This was identical replacement and works perfectly. Great investment to add several more years to the life of my hot tub.

This is the 2nd pump. The first one had threads that were broken so couldn't use. Then this pump got it all connected filled the hot tub and pump 1 was seized up!! So we had to drain 400 gallons out and package it back up. Now we know to check to make sure the rotor moves before placing it in. Connected Amazon they refunded after we returned it. Trying for #3 on Sunday. HOPEFULLY THIS ONE ISN'T DEFECTED.

I'm in the second year of heavy, daily use and pump is still perfect. It's on a 700 gal spa. The speed is selected by energizing at 120 volts for low speed, 240 for high. I have an air switch that selects those. I also have a wifi switch on the low speed circuit for remote operation. Excellent product.
