Review: They Work! - I have a bay window with 2 feeders nearby. I was getting frequent window strikes and a few years ago a hungry hawk swooping in for a small bird actually broke one of the four panes! (he was fine and I was out $200). I used this product before and realized two things- you have to be generous and install enough (in my case 4 stickers per pane so 16) AND they need to be replaced every so often because the holographic effect fades in time. These are super easy to install. Peel and stick, smooth out with a rag, make sure the holographic side is facing out. (You will know it is backwards when the edges peel up a little) They must be applied on the outside of the clean window. They adhere better in heat/sun, but if its a cold day, using a hair dryer and a rag to smooth them out works well. Since application- zero bird strikes. Not one. These are well worth the money. (If you buy cheaper, you may be tortured with difficult to peel stickers). They are not that visible from the street and have attractive designs. They are easy to peel off and move if you need to correct position months after installation. After time, (2 years in direct sun in my case) they peel off but the design is visible due to dirt and sun. You will need a bit of elbow grease and rubbing alcohol to remove the design off the glass, but no permanent marking is left. Buy enough and space them out about six inches starting at bird eye level. They work and they are top quality. Well worth it.

**Q: Do the window decals peel off windows easily and cleanly if you want to take them off?**
A: The decals peel off much like other window decals...just remember, these decals go on the outside of the window.  I just removed some of the older decals that I have today so I could wash windows and they left no trace behind.

**Q: Can these be applied somehow to the * inside* of the window?  The windows where we need to put them are on the third story.**
A: Well my colorful butterflies are on the inside and no matter what kind of light is on in the room an oak Titmouse bangs into it daily so I believe you need the UV ones on the outside meaning I will have to get out an extension 
ladder. But our windows are only 10-15 feet up! I see others have had success. I believe this is because we get a limited amount of light on these windows which also have an anti glare treatment. Another alternative is hanging 3 or 4 old cds together or long reflective streamers from your upper window like they do in wine country or if you have a tree next to the window. 
My butterflies do look beautiful in my laundry room.

**Q: Want to protect birds at the window feeder but am worried will this scare them away from it?**
A: I don't think so.  I don't have a feeder around and they still come on porch.  Did have a bird fly into window, couple of times.  It was more like it may have been going after insect than trying to fly through window, so not 100% sure if these work or not.  Other than that bird, have not had issue.

**Q: Do they stick well on the outside?**
A: Yes. I put mine on the outside (that's where they're supposed to go) and they are in perfect shape. Mine are in a covered porch area exposed to the weather, but protected from direct rain. They seem very substantial and no birds have hit our windows (sliding glass doors) since we installed them.

These stickers made a drastic difference in the number of bird strikes. I would have at least one strike a day, sometimes more unfortunately even causing deaths. After I stick those to windows with frequent strikes, I get none. Also they're almost invisible to us and have an esthetic look if your eyes catches them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These clings work!

We’re pleased with how these work keeping birds from flying into our windows. They also look nice from inside. However we did underestimate how many we needed to adequately cover our windows. Being there are just 4 or 5 clings per packet & some are quite small. I would suggest ordering at least double of what you think you’ll need, or measuring out first. It takes a lot to adequately cover an average size picture window. Even our smaller windows take at least 6 to adequately cover them. But overall we’re very pleased with the clings. We ordered some snowflakes (4 per packet) & some pine cones (5 per pack). My only suggestion would be to include more per package.
