I take mine after dinner with some nuts or olive oil as these are fat soluble. Also take a multivitamin so I get the zinc and boron. Been getting more sleep after 2 weeks of starting the K2 vitamin capsules.

I read in the Reader's Digest where a cardiologist said he took these daily because it helps your body send the calcium you consume to your bones and not into your vascular system. My husband had a heart valve replacement because of calcium buildup. I honestly wish we had known about these years BEFORE he had this heart surgery. We swear by these. Recommend!!
