The media could not be loaded. Not quite the same size “crystals” as pop rocks, but still a good taste and okay texture. My daughter and I both take these whenever we start feeling sick or there are people around us that are not feeling well and I feel like they help give our body the energy and vitamins it needs to fight off the sickness. While I don’t think this is medicine, I feel like it’s an effective preventative measure that taste good and is easy for kids and adults to stomach.

My kids love these crystals and take them no issue. They even request them. A little pricer than a regular vitamin but I especially like giving them these in weeks leading up to a vacation, when they feel under the weather, during cold season. They are great for travel. I have even used them several times and approve of the taste.

My kiddos love this flavor, and they said it is like POP ROCKS CANDY. So, I would recommend. I will reorder.
