Sizing issue and looks shabby
The product is loose fitting for my sofa seats inspite of me having checked the measurements before purchasing. When I tried to submit the same for return with proper proof, the customer care person kept repeating the same saying non refundable and non returnable. I tried explaining to her I understand but there is an option to do so under special circumstances. She had no solution to my problem. It looks shabby and cheap because it fits so badly.
