Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday. To early to report any results as yet, however I have used chitosan in the past & they helped reduce weight, When used along side a relatively healthy eating plan & gentle exercise. As for each 500mg tablet binds with 1g of fat frm ur daily food intake & passes through the body naturally.

I have only tried a few of these tablets because I have a reduced kidney function and am worried about the effect of taking two three times a day without receiving medical advice.

They help to keep your weight down, take 2 before a meal

I started taking these a couple of years back. My cholesterol has always been on the high side even though I'm on medication for it and have been for many, many years. A few months after I started I had my yearly 'well-woman' check with our practice nurse. She commented on how much lower my cholesterol was. When I have my next one, I will ask about my cholesterol and, if it has remained at the level it has been for the last couple of years, I will ask about coming off my medication.
