Got to laugh. Don’t go by the box cover or Amazon photo or product dimensions (35x25!) which makes this reissue look the same size as the original. Paddles and Joysticks look authentic and are the proper size but the unit itself is tiny (smaller than an iPhone 14, and very lightweight). See my photo.Comes with EU plug and no U.K. adapter. 720p so the HD claim is also a bit misleading. If you want an accurate representation of these games from back in the day that’s what you get… don’t expect any degree of upgrade for large screen HD or UHD TV’s.Don’t get why they didn’t just reproduce it at the proper size as it jiggles about a bit during play especially as it’s a 50th anniversary edition.You can’t therefore obviously use any original game cartridges. 130 built in games. A few good ones missing but still lots to play if only for nostalgic reasons.If you want better quality of the same games probably best just download them as apps and play on an iPhone or tablet.Given it four stars for sentimental reasons but really only want to give it three.

I can only review what I received and that was an atari 12 which looks identical and suffers from the same paddle issue (inconsistent speed) but unlike the 50th edition this one cannot be updated to fix that issue and therefore is a very flawed system. Maybe at games will release a firmware for the 12 bit o honestly doubt it and would urge sellers to list their stock accurately to avoid returns.

It's ok but I'm trying to update the firmware and my pc doesn't recognise the device and also the box came with an American plug instead of UK (title did say UK/EU), now I have to order that 😞

from day one this flashback had faulty joystick ,pushing up would not register .so emailed AT GAMESwho said they would look into it and get back,said they would repair or replace 2 months on and the now wont even reply so this thing has never been properly usable had to use different joystick but it has no start or exit buttons .I will NEVER buy another product made be AT GAMES they are the worst company ive ever come across

Surely there’s a law against false/misleading advertisements such as this. The unit is tiny! Stop misleading people into thinking it’s full size!!Sort the pictures out and be honest!!! Amazon, sort it out, there’s too much of this deception.
