I do a lot of Indian cooking and have bought lots of various spices. and brands. The real Kashmiri Chili Powder, extremely pure bright red, soft and smoothly ground, medium in heat...is difficult to find. There are several good Indian Spice Companies, but this one spice many don't have right. The Everest brand has the real one. Also, this seller Desi Mart 3 had a price for 2 which I bought, then the next day the same price was for 3. I emailed them stating this and expressed my disappointment in finding this difference in pricing...and guess what...a few days later they sent me a third one. So this is a great ;product and a great seller. Thanks.

Great product brings readness in our veggies

I bought this to use in my Tikka Masala recipes. I've since started using it to add a bit of spice to appropriate dishes. The red color also adds visual interest to my dishes. I would recommend this any chef/cook. I will buy again when I run out. Delicious.
