App/fountain isn't wifi enabled without connection to other petkit products. if traveling out of bluetooth range, app won’t work?

This fountain is Bluetooth connected to the APP and can only be connected remotely to WIFI when connected to a specific product of PETKIT.

I don't have an power outlet near where I'd like to place the fountain. Do you have a rechargeable model available?

Hello, because the fountain is always on, it consumes a lot of electricity, so we are sorry that our fountain does not support charging.

Can the app set up a specific custom interval to start/stop? For example, can you set it to turn on at 8 am and turn off at 8 pm? Or every 3 hours?

Thank you for your question. This fountain allows you to set the no-disturb time. During the no-disturb time, the fountain stops working. Also, when in smart mode, you can set the time interval between drinking work and rest. But this interval can only be within 1-60 minutes.

When are you sending me a replacement for the fountain you sent missing multiple peices?!?!

I guess my best suggestion would be to call them and have them either send you a QR code to send it back to get a new one I'm assuming you bought it within the 30-day period so you can still return it if so then return it and tell them it was defective missing parts otherwise if you've had it for a period of time and it's no longer can be returned the only other thing I can do is suggest that you speak with somebody and clarify exactly what the problem is and what parts you may be missing or may need to make your product function properly

Not for this region

The seller is selling the Chinese version, and the product requires an app to operate. However when the app is installed and I tried to connect, it showed an error saying that the device is not designed for this region and it simply bricked the device. 2 stars because the product is actually good (as per my online research).

Easy to clean and no chin zits!

Easy to clean. Really quiet. Nice app design. No chin zits on the kitty! I've had this for 2 months and I'm pleasantly surprised! I didn't know if the cat would like it or if she would get chin zits like from fountains before. It's been a huge success. Easy of cleaning and re-assembly is a breeze. Most importantly, the cats loves it, and drinks more water now. The only downside I can think of is being powered by a USB cable, and not including an adapter for the wall. Luckily, being an old iPhone user, I had plenty of adapters laying around.
