I am quite happy with this purchase and the performance of this Faber product. This is the third product we have purchased from Faber, and our experience has been positive. The product quality and service standards have met our expectations.However, during the first month of use, there was a noise issue from the chimney. We raised a service request, and a technician visited promptly and carried out the necessary repairs. Since then, the product has been functioning well.
