Not too much to say, its a plug for the Omron blood pressure monitors and it works. I do like that unlike older versions the wire on this comes off the bottom and not the top, it makes it easier to use with extensions.

works on smaller Omron machines but does not work on HEM 907 professional series despite correct size plug and similar to compatible plugs

Does what it is meant for better than using batteries as the machine seems to drain them quickly. NOT impressed with the delivery though take a look at how the package arrived not been handled verry well through Amazon

I bought this to go with my blood pressure monitor, it saves on batteries and keeps the monitor more accurate

Having this adaptor just made sense. I need the machine to function once on and cannot rely on batteries.
