Informative
It’s a grim subject. After a look at Senator Bobby Kennedy’s “Enemy Within,” about labor corruption? I should have been prepared. Yeah, it’s a pretty grim subject. The writer, here, wants a virtuous life. In the middle of corrupt, scary environments. My only concern’s, not about the Book. It’s about “mister undercover.” There was talk, of a movie. A movie called “mister Undercover.” Detailing some of Mr. Fino’s experiences. I did see trailer, for it. Not really sure , what happened. I recommend Triangle Exit, anyway

Gripping story of the Buffalo Mafia
This is a fascinating look into the Buffalo Mafia, with a focus on labor rackets. Ron Fino, a decent man who got caught up in the mob through his father, was an executive of the infamous Local 210 of the Laborer’s International union. He takes the reader to meetings with Buffalo mob bosses like Joe Todaro at Denny’s restaurants and other unlikely locales. Buffalonians who remember anchorman Irv “Topping tonight’s Eyewitness News” Weinstein will enjoy Irv’s nervousness as he shakes hands with Buffalo mob leaders. There’s a visit to the tense Cleveland underworld, where a mob war was raging, appearances by Chicago boss Tony Accardo and other major mobsters and lots of inside dope on the how the labor rackets worked at the money-making level. Some mobsters he deals with are – surprise! – highly unpleasant people, others are remarkably decent, given their line of work. His own father protected him from those who wanted to formally induct him into the mob. A great read. Highly recommended.

Bravo Mr Fino!
Having grown up in Buffalo during much of the period Ron writes about I was very well aware of some of Ron's story. I had no idea, however, the depth of his involvement with various security agencies in the 80's and beyond. I can't even imagine what he must have gone through and, like most readers, I congratulate him for his remarkable courage. I started this book after work the day I got it and read 275 pages the first night! Those readers that compare it to many bestselling works in the spy thriller genre are spot on. This is a terrific account of a life well lived in service to us all.

Super Book
I met Ronald Fino once which prompted me to purchase the book, but the print was too small for me to read, so I got the Kindle version which I loved. While there are a lot of names of characters I couldn't pronounce I really enjoyed the detail and factual description used by Mr. Fino. The book is as interesting as he was in our short conversation at the doctor's office. Highly recommend.

A very easy, interesting look a the " mafia" life
A very easy , interesting look a the " mafia" life. Being from buffalo, ny and being Italian I knew this would be good. I knew some people in the book , one in particular , so I have heard some of his stories and they were the same as Ron said.

A Good Read!
The Triangle Exit is a fascinating, more than credible and plain to read book. A very insightful account of the 70's to the present of Buffalo's Laborer's Local 210 is presented, not too mention much international intrigue. Priced extremely reasonable.
