does these rubbers are stretch? my slats are 60mm?

Hi These will not be suitable and the 60mm width will not feet, However we have a 70mm Roll Out set that will work for you with a small gap, The rubber is quote static so should be ok, if slats move you can fill the gap, Please see Amazon item B07HB1T8DC Sandy
